By using azbarstaff.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Estimates are not bookings

The estimate calculator is a planning tool. It does not create a contract, reserve staff, or guarantee availability. Prices, staffing, and availability are confirmed by phone. We may correct errors or update pricing before a booking is confirmed.

Bookings

Bookings are made by phone with AZ Bar Staff. This website does not accept online bookings or payments. Any deposit, cancellation, travel, or payment terms will be provided and agreed to separately.

Alcohol

The client purchases alcohol. AZ Bar Staff does not sell, provide, or deliver liquor. You are responsible for complying with Arizona law, venue rules, and any required permits. We may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or cannot provide valid identification.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate event information, secure venue permission for the bar and service area, and maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. You are responsible for any venue rules that apply to alcohol, load-in, parking, and service hours.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, and original assets are owned by AZ Bar Staff or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.

Third-party links and tools

The site may link to third-party websites or load analytics and chat tools. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will match a final quote.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AZ Bar Staff is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Venue for any dispute will be in the appropriate state or federal court located in Arizona.
